We’ll send your order via certified mail. The term will be 5 days from your order’s date for Spain and Balear Islands and 7 up to 15 days for Canary Islands.
The shipping costs are not included in the product price. Please also note that the shipping rates are weight-based (depending on the total of product you want). The shipping rates also depend on the final destiny (Spain, Europe, US, etc.). Anyway, the cost is calculated when you buy our t-shirts, so you’ll know exactly what you’ll pay.
Returns
You may return items sold and fulfilled by Scrapate.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
We´ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
